Our handmade creations are made to order and usually take about 1-6 weeks to create before shipping.

For orders placed on or before November 6th, 2024, the processing time is approximately 4-6 weeks.

For orders placed after November 6th, 2024, the processing time is approximately 1-3 weeks.

Estimated Delivery Times
-For most countries, delivery time usually takes 7-14 business days.
-Express delivery is available, typically taking 5-10 business days.

Tracking number
We will update the tracking number on our website and PayPal (if you paid through PayPal) as soon as we receive it from the carrier.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how important your order is to you, and we do everything we can to ensure it arrives safely. However, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. All orders are shipped to the address provided and are tracked to confirm delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local carrier office for assistance. Undeliverable or Disposed Packages
If we receive a notification from the carrier about a delivery issue, we will promptly reach out to you via email to help resolve the matter. Please note that if a package cannot be delivered or is returned or disposed of because there was no response to the carrier’s contact attempts, or due to other circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for this situation.
